Newsdesk online training sessions and demonstrations are now available and FREE of charge.

We are happy to offer existing Moreover customers and those on a trial the chance to attend a range of free online training and webinar sessions designed to maximize the value your organization gets from the all-new, award-winning Newsdesk.

The personalized and interactive online sessions, hosted using GoToMeeting technology (no subscription required), cover any and all of the functions within Newsdesk and can be tailored at your request to focus on topics that are of most interest or use to you and your colleagues. The webinars are scheduled to last 30-45 minutes with time available during the webinar, or at the end to ask questions or go into more detail on any aspect of the interface.

There is no charge associated with these sessions, only a quick registration is required to get the link and phone number for the webinar. If you would like to arrange a session, please peruse the options below and email training@moreover.com with the topic, a convenient time and date, and the number of attendees.

Client Service Representatives are available from 8am to 9pm (GMT) or 9am to 6pm (EST). We recommend requesting one of the listed topics per webinar, but these webinars are designed to be flexible and focus on what is most useful to you, so let us know if you would like to mix and match.

Newsdesk Overview & Basic Instruction (30-60 minutes)

Summarizing the overall layout and functionality of Newsdesk, including basic searching. Reviewing the main tabs to provide a good general grounding in all the tools in the interface.

Creating Searches and Saving as Feeds (30 minutes)

Demonstrating how to build basic searches: covering Boolean commands, advanced search filters, the refine panel and a run-through on saving, editing and sharing feeds.

Analytics (30 minutes)

Analyzing feeds and the various analytical models available to measure searches, identify trends and highlight hot spots.

Redistribution: Exporting Feeds to a Website, Email Alerts and Electronic Newsletters (30-45 minutes)

Covering the use and function of exporting feeds to websites, plus creating, editing and sending Alerts and Newsletters. Includes branding and styling of custom Newsletters.
